Usage:

After power source is connected and start button indicator is on, press the forward button and then rotate the speed control knob to select the operating speed of the machine, and the machine starts to run.

Adjust the distance between the upper and lower compression rollers (to adjust sample thickness). If satisfactory, slightly tighten the lock net, turn on the power source and press forward button, then rotate the speed control knob to select the operating speed of the machine and put cable sample in the chipping port, in which case the sample is chipped thin in the machine, which may be repeatedly chipped in case of unevenness. If the test piece is stuck in the middle of roller, press stop button and then press reversing button, the test piece will be released.

Adjust pointer handle: After putting the sample between upper and lower compression rollers for compression, adjust the pointer handle, in which case the red point of the handle rotates for 1 circle and the black point rotates for 1mm.

In the best station state, the gap between the cutting edge of tool and the lower compression roller shall be within 0.1-0.2mm, and the cutting edge shall be about 3mm backward the center of compression axis.

The tool shall be dismantled and re-sharpened in case of severe wear.
