I. Introduction of JQ-6 type cross-linked cable slicer

Scope of application: It is applicable for taking samples for the mechanical and physical property test on cross-linked polyethylene cables with a voltage of 35KV and below. It changes the traditional rotary slice into a transitional slice and supports to complete the thermal extension test and tensile test on test pieces, so as to meet the standard requirements of the product. It avoids leaving unevenness on the surface of test pieces due to the rotary slice, which greatly improves the reliability and lowers the dispersibility of test results. In addition, it is safe and easy to operate the machine, making it the ideal equipment for taking samples for the mechanical and physical property test on polyethylene, polyethylene plastics and insulated overhead lines.

The slipper of the equipment adopts a dovetail slot dedicated for machine tool and is equipped with a precision drive screw to ensure smoother running.
